Payment options - excluding American Express (AMEX)
Auerbach's Keller has decided to stop accepting a part of the payment system, "credit card," starting from June 1, 2018. From June 1, 2018, meals and drinks can be paid for with cash, debit card, as well as VISA or MasterCard, or through advance payment or invoice. This regulation applies to all parts of the establishment, including the Grand Cellar, the Historical Wine Rooms, and the Mephisto Bar.
Please let us know if you would like an invoice issued for your reservation. We will arrange it accordingly.
Dietary advice/Allergies
Since the end of 2014, the EU Regulation No. 1169/2011 on food information has been in effect. It requires the labeling of the 14 main allergens. As a person affected by allergies, you, like us, are likely aware of other potentially allergenic substances and ingredients. Additionally, the responsibility for any incorrect advice or information has been solely assigned to the respective establishment (management). Unfortunately, we have to discontinue our previous food consultation regarding allergies. We apologize for this decision and hope for your understanding.
