A jewel of Leipzig's gastronomy is turning an astounding 500 years old! In 1525, Leipzig physician and university professor Dr. Heinrich Stromer laid the foundation for the eventful history of Auerbachs Keller. From now until the year 2025, we would like to appropriately honor our Auerbachs Keller together with you as part of an anniversary triennium!
