What happens next?
Submission of application documents via form
We will review your application documents and assess them based on our requirements. You will receive feedback from us within 7 days of receiving your application.
Short telephone interview
This is the first conversation where we get to know each other. Its purpose is to clarify any open questions about your CV, start date, and salary expectations.
Personal conversation on site
In the next step, we will arrange an on-site meeting. There, you will also get to know a colleague from the relevant department and can discuss job requirements and the work environment.
Contract offer
If you are convinced by us, and we are convinced by you, then we would gladly make you an interesting contract offer. We will send it to you in writing via email and are also happy to discuss it with you.
Contract signing and induction.
Please send us the signed employment contract. We will create an induction plan for you and assign you a direct contact person or training supervisor. During the induction period, you will participate in trainings and be involved in ongoing projects promptly.
